Introduction

The position of Company Secretary offers well paying jobs as a CS has to deal with a company’s legal activities and maintain records. A CS has to look after all the legal aspects of an organization, including timely payment of taxes.Thus, candidates have to pass all three levels of this course, to become a qualified CS. The CS course is further divided into these levels: CS Foundation, CS Executive and CS Professional.

The new CS Executive syllabus was formulated to be in effect for the June 2020 exam.  Read further to understand the CS Executive syllabus and know about the CS Executive subjects as well.
