The position of Company Secretary offers well paying jobs as a CS has to deal with a company’s legal activities and maintain records. A CS has to look after all the legal aspects of an organization, including timely payment of taxes.Thus, candidates have to pass all three levels of this course, to become a qualified CS. The CS course is further divided into these levels: CS Foundation, CS Executive and CS Professional.
